2. Categories of data processed
- Personal and contact details (first name, last name, email, phone number);
- Data relating to the property or business activity (address, energy consumption, available surface area);
- Browsing data and technical and analytical cookies (see Cookie Policy);
- Content of conversations with the AI quote widget.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to requests and preparing quotes — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
- Performance of the contract, management of the plant and tax compliance — Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
- Direct marketing of similar products and services — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) or consent.
- Website improvement through analytics cookies — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
4. Data retention
Data is retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes indicated: 24 months for uncompleted quote requests, 10 years for tax and contractual obligations, and until consent is withdrawn for marketing purposes.
5. Recipients and data processors
Data may be disclosed to IT and hosting providers, legal and tax consultants, partner installers, GSE, Terna and electricity distributors, appointed as Data Processors under Art. 28 GDPR. No systematic transfer to countries outside the EEA is envisaged; any such transfers take place with adequate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Data subject rights
The data subject may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to info@rylectra.com. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
7. Security
Rylectra adopts adequate technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access, loss or disclosure, in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR.
